1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the weight of the package.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal volumes.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver our orders. The carrier for your order will be selected based on the shipping address, shipping method chosen, and package size.
4. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@momsfirst.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
